To report a non-emergency issue, simply take a photo of the problem and tell us the location. We'll take it from there. We will route the issue to the correct department and let you know when work is complete.

Public safety issues needing immediate attention and critical issues noticed after hours (from 6 p.m.-7 a.m., Monday-Thursday and any time Friday-Sunday), such as down street signs, traffic signal outages, etc., should be reported directly to 352-955-1818 (for non-emergencies) or 911 (for emergencies).
