The weekly Notice of Meetings is available on the city's website. Revisions to the Notice of Meetings may occur at any time permissible and are updated on the official bulletin board and the city website. The official point of notification is the first floor bulletin board in the lobby of City Hall (200 E. University Ave.). All other types of notification (The Gainesville Sun, Channel 12, city website and hard copies available in the Clerk's Office) are provided for the courtesy of our residents, and will be updated within a reasonable time after the official bulletin board, technology permitting. All meetings are subject to change and/or cancellation. Please direct questions or requests to be placed on a broadcast list to the City Clerk's Office at 352-334-5015.
Persons with disabilities who require assistance to participate in the meetings are requested to notify the Equal Opportunity Office at 352-334-5051, or call the TDD phone line at 352-334-2069 at least two business days in advance.
Please note: Union negotiation meetings are noticed on the City Hall bulletin board (200 E. University Ave.) and at the Old Library building (222 E. University Ave.).

All persons are advised that, if any person decides to appeal any decision made at any of these meetings, they will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, they need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
