City Auditor
The City Auditor's Office works to promote honest, effective and
fully accountable City government. This is accomplished by
providing the public and the City Commission with timely,
objective, accurate information about what City departments and
programs are doing and how they could improve. By providing this
information, the City Auditor's Office helps hold our government
accountable for the stewardship of public resources and continually
focuses on ensuring that City operations are utilizing limited
resources effectively and efficiently to provide quality services to
the citizens of Gainesville.
