Code Enforcement

The Code Enforcement Division is responsible for enforcing the Housing and Commercial Building Codes (Chapter 13), Landlord License Codes (Chapter 14.5), Nuisance Codes (Chapter 16), Abandoned Vehicles on private property (Chapter 26), and the Land Development Code (Chapter 30).  The Code Enforcement Division also administers the Landlord License Program, and the Special Event Permit Program.
