Short Term Disability
Be prepared; life can be unpredictable! The City offers AFLAC as a voluntary benefit to help supplement your income for a short time if you must be out of work due to an unforeseen medical disability. If you do not enroll as a new employee, consider enrolling during the month of October, the City's annual Open Enrollment period. You must meet with an AFLAC representative prior to enrollment.
All enrollment and change forms must be turned in to the Risk Management Department for changes to take affect.
