Survey for Improvements at Northeast 31st Avenue Park


The City of Gainesville wants your feedback on future park improvements at the Northeast 31st Avenue Park, which is located at 1700 NE 31st Ave. Interested residents are invited to complete an online survey ( to let us know what improvements you would like to see at this neighborhood park. The survey is available Monday, May 21 through Monday, June 4, 2018.

In November 2016, Alachua County voters approved Wild Spaces and Public Places (WSPP), a one-half percent sales tax to be collected in the county from Jan. 1, 2017 through Dec. 31, 2024, to acquire and improve environmentally sensitive lands and to create, improve and maintain parks and recreational facilities. Improvements to the Northeast 31st Avenue Park is a Wild Spaces and Public Places project.

The public is also invited to join us for an open house at the Northeast 31st Avenue Park Saturday, June 16 from 10 a.m.- 12 p.m.  Concept designs will be on display to view and discuss. Food will be provided.
