(March 18, 2020) Due to the current circumstances related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the City’s precautionary measures to aid the safety and well-being of our community builders as well as our neighbors, effective today at close of business, City Hall and the Old Library Building will be closed to external visitors effective 5:00 p.m. March 18, 2020 until further notice.  In support of the need to flatten the coronavirus curve, many City staff, including Human Resources Department have been encouraged to work remotely until further notice.

As such, we ask that you kindly send your requests and inquiries relative to HR services to  We will direct your inquiry to the proper HR staff member for prompt and courteous service.
