Office Of Strategic Planning

The Office of Strategic Planning coordinates the City's tactical and strategic financial planning efforts, performs trend analyses a nd facilitates the City's ongoing financial planning process. The Office oversees the City's performance measurement program; coordinates annexation activities; performs productivity analyses, program evaluation, long-range financial forecasting and manages the corporate goal setting process.
