Office Of Strategic Planning

The Office of Strategic Planning coordinates the City's tactical and strategic financial planning efforts, performs trend analyses and facilitates the City's ongoing financial planning process. The Office oversees the City's performance measurement program; coordinates annexation activities; performs productivity analyses, program evaluation, long-range financial forecasting and manages the corporate goal setting process.
