Mapping and GIS (Geographic Information Systems)

The Department of Community Developments GIS Section conducts geographic-based analysis of planning issues and creates and maintains the departments map files. Examples of the geographic data maintained include: Zoning, Future Land Use, Special Area Plans, Community Redevelopment Districts, Historic Districts, and the official City Street Map

Our Map Library offers many of the standard maps we maintain for the City. The maps are available for viewing or download in pdf format.

Our Data Download page offers some of our core datasets in Shapefile format. You need GIS software to use these files.
