Parking Permits for Neighborhood Decal and Downtown
The Billing and Collections Department operates a restricted parking program in the University context area, NE downtown quadrant and SW courthouse area. A city permit is required for parking in the program zones and the zones are days and time specific. Permits are zone specific and/or vehicle specific.

Got a parking citation and want to contest? Please visit gainesvillepd.org to print and complete an Affidavit of Explanation.
You may also contact the Parking Violation office at (352) 334-5025. They are located in the Billing and Collections Department at the Thomas Center.
