What We Do: Office Hours:
Code Enforcement is responsible for: Administrative Office -
Housing and Commercial Building Codes (Chapter 13) Monday through Thursday,
Landlord License Codes (Chapter 14.5) 7 AM - 6 PM
Nuisance Codes (Chapter 16) Field Services -
Abandoned Vehicles on private property (Chapter 26) Monday through Friday,
Land Development Code (Chapter 30). 7 AM - 6 PM

||Staff has been provided the flexibility to bring forward additional dates should the need dictate and the character of the event be common to those described as exempt by the ordinance.
Game Day Parking - The City Commission is in the process of changing the methodology by which we regulate game day parking. At this time the city will not be issuing a business tax receipt for game day parking. Updates will be posted as they are received.
