The Code Enforcement Division enforces many city codes including but not limited to:
* Building without a Permit * Overgrown Yards/Vacant lots
* Businesses in Residential Areas * Over-Occupancy
* Commercial Vehicles in Residential Areas * Sign Violations
* Junk, Trash and Debris * Unserviceable Vehicles
* Open/Unsecure Buildings * Yard Parking
To be effective and efficient, Code Enforcement needs the cooperation of residences and businesses.
To report a violation, please call (352) 334-5030 or fill out the form below. Your complaint will be received and entered into the Code Enforcement tracking system within one (1) working day. A Code Inspector will inspect the property within two (2) working days. Please be aware that the Code Enforcement Division is scheduled Monday through Thursday, 7 AM - 6 PM.
