Communications Office

The responsibilities of the Communications Office include the following general government programs or services: strategic communication programs, broadcast services (City/County Government Access Television-Community 12TV), media relations, dissemination of public information, education outreach programs, crises communication activities, coordination of general government website content, Citizens' Academy: Gainesville 101, special public events and other duties as assigned by the City Manager.
